Complete Project Inquiry Form
To get started, complete our Project Inquiry Form. This will allow us to get an idea of what you have in mind even before we speak. This initial step provides us with essential information about your project, allowing us to connect you with the right resources and prepare for a detailed discussion about your project.
Project Consultation
Our team will reach out to you for a thorough consultation. We’ll discuss your project’s specifics, align on preliminary pricing, and determine the next steps. This stage helps ensure that both parties are clear on the project scope and costs without requiring an initial boat visit.
Review Estimate
We’ll present you with a customized estimate based on your project details. This estimate will outline costs and timelines and will be revised, if necessary, after design completion. It allows us to proceed with design services and authorize fabrication for simpler projects.
Complete Design
For custom projects, we will schedule a digital patterning session where a SeaDek Pro will scan your boat’s deck using advanced technology. This detailed scan, in conjunction with our artistic skills and experience to create a precise design unique to your tastes and tailored to your boat. A revised estimate, including the actual square footage and materials, will be provided along with a proof for your approval.
Fabrication
Once the design is approved, our SeaDek Mid-Atlantic team in New Bern, North Carolina, will begin fabrication using state-of-the-art CNC cutting technology, CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control, meaning the machine’s movements are guided by software and code, allowing for high precision, speed, and repeatability in creating complex shapes and detailed designs. This ensures your custom SeaDek product is produced with precision. Custom colors will be ordered specifically for your project, with a typical lead-time of four weeks.
Installation
Our skilled installers will coordinate with you to schedule the installation date. We’ll ensure your boat is prepared and ready for the installation process. Please note that installation timing may be influenced by weather conditions. Our team will use advanced techniques to ensure a flawless application and finish.
Warranty
We stand by our work, and you are completely covered with a comprehensive SeaDek warranty. AM Marine Custom Boats will assist you in contacting SeaDek for warranty support, ensuring a streamlined process should any issues arise.
